We loved the location of the property and the easy access to the beach. The condo matched the photos and the information provided—nice space and great views. Our only complaint is with the management company and their failure to provide accurate key codes for the room, pool, beach access, and the pool bathrooms. Every code they shared was incorrect, including the one for our unit. They also sent a “guidebook” for an entirely different property and multiple emails that appeared to be auto‑generated. Without texting the property directly, we would have had no communication at all, as they did not respond through the VRBO messaging app. Very frustrated with the lack of reliable communication.

The condo layout was great, right on par with anything else we have ever stayed at. Amazing view, perfect height being on the 5th floor. There was ample space for our large extended family. The pool was smaller, but good size hot tub and plenty of chairs. The refrigerator was not the cleanest, one of the drawers had spilled liquid inside of it. The microwave smelled every time we had to use it, like the vent or filter needed to be cleaned. We could not use the fan above the stove because it filled the entire condo with the smell of something burning. The master bed was so broken down that it was un-sleepable on one side, we had to sleep on one side of the bed only. Only one of the sinks drained in the master bathroom. But on the plus side there was so much storage space!The balcony table was so large, there was not a lot of room to move around outside. Only 2/3 people could safely be on the balcony at a time. After the first night we realized the floors had not been deeply cleaned in a VERY LONG time. I went to Walmart and bought cleaning supplies, and spent 2 hours on my hands and knees scrubbing the floors, and even still our feet were BLACK walking across the floors. Condo came with plenty of utensils, plates, cookware, cups, and we never needed for anything in the kitchen. Great shower heads with plenty of water pressure. The master tub was perfect for our little's baths! It was definitely a nice quieter area yet still close to everything!

Great condo. We loved the set up and it was more spacious than anticipated. Balcony is smaller but still great. Only complaint is that the floors could use a deep clean!
