Welcome to Aqua Villa 405—a comfortable, no-nonsense beachfront condo on beautiful Okaloosa Island that offers everything you need for a classic beach vacation, including space for up to 8 guests.

Located directly on the Gulf of Mexico, this 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo features gulf views, easy beach access, and a beachfront pool just steps from your door. It’s clean, spacious, and has all the essentials for a laid-back getaway.

Inside, you’ll find a relaxed living area with a queen sleeper sofa, a full kitchen for meal prep, and two generously sized bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king bed and private bath, while the guest bedroom features both a queen and a full (double) bed, perfect for families or larger groups.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It’s is a very nice and quiet place to stay. The property MGR and Ron ( reservation manager) were super helpful!The only thing that needs to be addressed was the old wood and musty smell from the bedside table in the master bedroom. I enjoyed it!!

The view was amazing. The ease to get to the beach was wonderful. The free beach service was much appreciated. It would have been nice to have some seasonings, salt and pepper and a baking sheet. Overall it was a great stay and would definitley stay again.

Great stay! The whole family loved it! Check-in and check-out was quick and easy. Facilities were clean and spacious. Came supplied with everything we needed. Right on the beach!
