If you rent the BICHE, it is rare for the CERF to be occupied by other tenants

The apartment "LA BICHE" is composed of a kitchen/dining room, a living room, three bedrooms, three bathrooms, one of which is independent and two toilets, one of which is independent.
The first bedroom is equipped with a 160x200 bed, en-suite bathroom with a shower and sink. The second bedroom is composed of two 90x190 beds and the third has a 160x200 bed with en-suite bathroom (shower + sink + toilet)

The electricity consumption of the gîte is included in the rental price, however, it does not have a connection for electric and hybrid cars. It is therefore forbidden to plug in by any means whatsoever in the rental to recharge the vehicles.
An electric terminal is located 300 metres from the cottage, near the village hall.

Close to the lakes (of Longemer, Gérardmer, Retournemer) and the Vosges ridges, 5 minutes from Gérardmer, come and relax in our warm apartment. Located 1km from the small shops of the village (bakery, butcher/caterer, tobacconist/press, post office). 3 minutes from the ski slopes of "Poli", family resort and 10 minutes from the resorts of La Mauselaine or Bresse.

The area offers many hikes (mountain bike trail, hiking), activities (water sports on the lake and swimming pool, bowling, go-karting, tree climbing), outings (many bars and restaurants, discotheques, casino), visits (clog shop, confectionery), household linen, events (daffodil festival, motorsday, film festival, Gérardmer triathlon, Xterra)
