Featuring Views overlooking Taupo and close to town.This spacious home boasts 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 outdoor dining areas, fully fenced private back yard, this home is a fantastic spot for families to enjoy a relaxing family holiday. The bedding configuration is Master bedroom has 1 x King bed, bedroom 2 has 1 x Queen bed, bedroom 3 has 1 x Queen. The home has two bathrooms, the main family bathroom on the main living floor level and 2nd bathroom is an ensuite off the master bedroom upstairs.

Plenty of parking on the driveway, in front of the garage.

Sorry the garage is not available for use.

A porta-cot is available by request.

This is a very safe and family friendly neighbourhood. and close to town and Lake



Getting Around:

Plenty of parking on the driveway and a short distance from Taupo town, the lake front and all Taupo activities.



Other Things to Note:

Rotorua is only one hours drive and Hawkes Bay within 1.5 hours drive for a day of sightseeing and for the active traveller the Ski field and Tongariro crossing is an 1.5 hours drive. The Glowworm Caves are also 2 hours drive and Hobbiton 1.5 hours making Taupo the heart of the North Island and the perfect place to stay and explore from.



Interaction with Guests:

We like to give our guests their privacy but Kerry is available by phone or text to answer any questions and we are only ever 10-15 minutes drive away if needed in an emergency.
