We loved our stay! Truly one of the best VRBO homes we’ve stayed in. Katie was very accommodating and responsive. We had some special requests, and Katie was super patient, kind, and understanding. The home was fabulous. Everything was top notch. The showers, in particular, were fantastic… great water pressure, and we appreciated the hotel-like shampoo/conditioner/body wash dispenser. Beds were comfy. Our kids loved the loft with queen bunk beds and connecting large bathroom with double sinks. Kitchen was well stocked… spices/coffee/tea/sugar were provided, sink and island were large and modern, and appliances/pots/pans/kitchenware were in brand new condition. Large capacity washer & dryer were great. Home has a giant yard with deck & grill, which we didn’t use much, but would be great for outdoor dining. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful cabin especially the kitchen. Felt so cozy with plenty of space for us and our teenage daughters. Had everything we needed and all the little touches (makeup towels, cotton balls, blankets, etc.) was very appreciated!

As spring arrives, the town comes alive with river rafting, hiking, biking, and warming weather perfect for exploring the nearby lakes, trails, and forests.

Summer is full of festivals and outdoor fun, including the famous Chili Cha Cha, hot air balloon festivals, concerts, river floating, fishing, kayaking, and miles of ATV-friendly trails.

You’ll be just minutes from the National Forest, great fishing spots, canoeing access points, and the Pagosa Lakes Recreation Center, which offers indoor swimming, hot tubs, workout equipment, pickleball, volleyball, and basketball.

Winter visitors will love being only 45 minutes from Wolf Creek Ski Area, famous for having “the most snow in Colorado.” For sightseeing and historic charm, the Cumbres & Toltec Scenic Railroad in Chama and the Durango & Silverton Narrow Gauge Railroad are just over an hour away.

Downtown Pagosa Springs—with hot springs, restaurants, breweries, and shops—is less than 15 minutes from the cabin, while City Market, additional dining options, and local shopping are only 5 minutes away. Durango is a little over an hour’s drive, and the regional airport is about an hour away as well.
