Nestled in the sought-after Boulder Bay neighborhood, this luxurious Big Bear home places you close to the lake, Pleasure Point Marina, Boulder Bay Park, and popular hiking trails. The Village, ski resorts, golf course, Snow Play, and the Convention Center are just minutes away. With a generous multi-level floor plan, central heating, and fun amenities for all ages, this cabin is ideal for families. A beautiful open living area provides the perfect setting for gatherings and relaxing together.
LIVING SPACE - Comfortable 1200+ sq ft home with living room, TV, dining table, bar seating, beautiful gas/wood burning fireplace, and plenty of comfortable living room seating.
ROOMS & BEDS - 3 bedroom, 2 bath. Master bedroom has a Cal king bed, smart TV, ceiling fan, and private bath. Second bedroom has 2 double/double bunk beds. Third bedroom has 2 double/double bunk beds. Extra blankets and pillows are available.
KITCHEN - Stove/oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, and more.
AMENITIES - Smart TVs, streaming apps along with fast WiFi. Laundry room with side-by-side washer/dryer.
OUTDOORS - Large back deck with a pellet barbecue for year-round grilling, and a fully fenced yard.
PARKING - 3 car driveway (no garage access)
Close to National Forest hiking trails
Lake - close walk
Village - 1.5 miles
Bear Mountain - 4.5 miles
Snow Summit - 2.7 miles
Other things to note:
Big Bear Lake local ordinance 99.300 limits maximum occupancy to 6 people. Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Occupancy is permitted per City Ordinance - over occupancy could result in a fine or non-refundable eviction.
