Lovely home with room for the kids to spread out. Many games and activites to keep everyone happy. Perfect location to have access to our favorite Cape places. Only complaint was not finding a cookie sheet and had to improvise with aluminum foil. Kids especially loved the extra plush blankets.

The house was way better in person than on the website which was remarkable. Surprisingly we were able to check in early. It had a breathtaking view of Swan Pond. All the bedrooms were comfortable and air conditioned. The only drawback was that the main gathering areas were not. We were in the peak of an unprecedented heat wave on the Fourth of July which was unfortunate. The fans helped but didn’t get the job done. The location was ideal, quiet with no neighbors in direct view so it felt more private. The house contained different gathering areas including a two tier deck with pond views, a great room with two sets of sliding doors again overlooking the pond and a small game/ tv room in the basement. It was a very ideal location that in a matter of minutes you could get to stores/ restaurants/ beaches. Definitely would recommend.

This was an amazing place to host a girls' weekend at the Cape. Well located, very clean, cozy and comfortable. It had everything you would need for a relaxing time. Well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, towels and a good shower. The scenery was beautiful. Easy access in and out. Great communication with host. Quiet area.
