The Cottage is a charming retreat that perfectly blends old-world character with modern conveniences, ideal for up to eight guests. Restored in 2004, it retains its original charm while offering all the comforts needed for a relaxing getaway in a picturesque country town.

Inside, you’ll find high ceilings, large windows, and polished timber floors. The open-plan living and dining area, featuring one of two open fireplaces, serves as the heart of the home, perfect for gathering with family or friends around the fire or at the large dining table.

A standout feature of The Cottage is its prime location, right in the heart of town. This convenience allows you to easily explore the local boutique shops, cafés, and restaurants, all just a short stroll away. Whether you’re in the mood for breakfast, shopping, or an evening drink, everything is within easy reach, making The Cottage an ideal base for immersing yourself in the local culture.

Adding to its charm, The Cottage offers a beautiful outdoor patio area with a BBQ, perfect for enjoying meals with friends and family. This space overlooks lovely gardens, providing a serene and private setting for alfresco dining and relaxation.

Berry is a fabulous town , great restaurants, pubs and cool shops. This cottage is in the perfect locations to experience Berry.

Berry weekend

Gorgeous house in perfect location. So close to shops and cafes but lovely and quiet. Photos dont do it justice. We had an awesome time and everyone loved it.

Perfect spot

We had a lovely time in Berry, the accommodation was fabulous. Easy stroll to everything Berry had to offer. Very well equipped. Cozy fires!

Amazing property in awesome location

The property was beautiful, in a great location right in town. It had everything we needed with plenty of room for a large family or group of friends Check in was super easy although parking in Berry on Friday afternoon can be busy but hey there is a reason Berry is so popular....highly recommend this property

The perfect Berry weekender

Beautiful historic cottage with plenty of character. Very good condition and exceptionally close to everything Berry has to offer. The perfect base for attending our friends’ wedding at Willow Farm.

Hi Christine, thanks for reviewing us! Glad you enjoyed the gardens :) The Cottage doesn't offer off street parking otherwise the beautiful lawns and gardens wouldn't be what they are. There is plenty of street parking and if you can't get a park out the front there is a car park across the road and all day parking in the surrounding street. Thanks again for staying with us. Berry - great stay

5 female friends and we all enjoyed our 2 night stay at The Cottage. Chatted around the dining table at breakfast, chatted in front of one of the open fires with a wine in the evening and a very short walk to town for cafes and restaurants!! Very comfortable, very clean and plenty of room.

90th celebrations

Wonderful stay at the cottage celebrating a dear friends 90th birthday.Accomodation was comfortable and clean .Nicely appointed with a great location.Only slight would be tea and coffee supplied but no milk .
