Welcome to your Melbourne getaway - a bright, modern apartment on the 6th floor of the Monarc building, set directly across from the beautiful Albert Park Lake. It’s the perfect spot for guests who want comfort, convenience, and easy access to everything the city has to offer.
The Space:
Step into an open living and dining area with split-system air-conditioning, a smart TV with local channels, and a cosy dining setup for four. Glass doors open to a private balcony, giving you a great spot for fresh air and glimpses of the lake.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need - fridge, oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, pots, pans, utensils, plates, glasses, the works — great for longer stays or nights in.
The kitchen also comes equipped with a reverse osmosis water filter - giving you the cleanest water supply you can get!
You’ll have two comfortable queen bedrooms, both with built-in wardrobes.
Master bedroom: queen bed, split AC, ensuite bathroom, and extra conveniences like a vacuum, hairdryer & brush
Second bedroom: queen bed + access to the main bathroom (with a hairdryer)
The apartment also includes an internal laundry with a washing machine.
Split air-conditioning is available in both the bedroom and the living area.
