Well kept Condo met all needs. Access to hot tub, sauna & pool was a bonus (very close walk relative to the broader complex). Owners were very accessible and helpful for our needs - We would book this again - Txs!

We didn’t actually stay at the place, because the water was not drinkable due to PFAs. The owner had a miscommunication with the property manager that posted the listing and so it didn’t say it in the listing. But, they were very quick in responding and in giving us a refund. They were super nice and it was easy communication. I know they are working to get the listing fixed so that it shows the water problem.

Upon arrival, we found the water was unsafe and needed to be boiled prior to use. A make shift water dispenser was provided but awkward to use. There was NO notice of this prior to arrival. Also, a call to Evoke received a very political answer with a promise to check out and let us know what was going on - absolutely no follow-up was received. We were expected to wash any used dishes but were told we could not use the water for that. Definitely put a major dent in our overall experience with this VRBO unit and with trying to have communication with Evoke - they could care less about the property.
