Fast acceptable and fast communication. There is a little bed for toddlers and the space is bin enought.

I plan on coming back to this region again. I will definately reach out to this property. Perfect location if you plan on visiting a variety of Ontario locations. The neighborhood is lovely and the unit has a great layout. Super glad I found this place!

Spacious, and although it is a basement, all rooms have windows, so it feels bright and open. Large bedroom, large living room with TV, separate well equipped kitchen, laundry facilities. Perfect!The host is very attentive. And checking all is OK. Which it was.Quiet residential area. 10 minutes walk to shops and selection of restaurants.5 minutes drive to highway 407.So good I extended my stay!

Large basement, with large windows which made it feel light. 4 separate rooms, bedroom, living room, washroom and kitchen. Fully equipped. Located in quiet residential street. 10 minutes walk to many restaurants and grocery stores. Several minutes from 407.Excellent and attentive host. The clothes dryer stopped working and was immediately replaced by the host. Very apologetic for the inconvenience.If I return to the area, my first thought would be to check the availability, and if possible, stay there again.

Hi Erik, thank you for your review. We have a GFCI outlet in the bathroom for electrical safety reasons. It was turned off and therefore the light key did not work. We wish we had known about this. We could have helped you with this. This also impacted the hot water. Anyhow, we apologize for the inconvenience that this have caused.

I did not realize this was a basement unit. That would have impacted my choice. If it was in the listing it was not clear to me. Other than that, it was clean and convenient to what we were doing in the area. The host responded to questions quickly.

The location was convenient for where I was working during my stay.The apartment was very clean, and quiet. Although the hosts and their children were on the rooms above me, I rarely heard them. The hosts were very gracious and asked if there was anything I needed. I also felt very safe in the area.I would definitely recommend this property for anyone needing accommodation in the area.

The host was very kind and responsive.I arrived late at mid night but was able to check in with no issues thanks to the host.The room was very clean and nice to stay.I would love to stay at this room again if I have chance to visit Tronto again:-)
