Great place

Everything is as advertised. Very nice place. Well stocked. Master bedroom does have a king bed and not a queen. Indoor pool and spa was closed for repair. Otherwise a great stay.

My sister and I enjoyed our stay, the condo was clean and had everything you needed to make for an enjoyable vacation. I definitely will be making plans to stay there again. Terri was so easy to communicate with when we were not able to sign into the internet. Terri responded immediately. Outstanding vacation!

Absolute Privacy!

Such a beautiful private place to be! Place so clean. Not a lot of noise at all, airport close by but didn't bug us at all!! Didn't expect to pay a 25 dollar parking fee tho. Didn't know that til I received the information for our stay.

Great getaway with nice beach

The unit was as described, well maintained, and very clean. Unit had great supplies included in bathroom and kitchen, comfortable bed, and wonderful enclosed porch with water view. The condo building (not the individual unit) is dated and portions need to be updated. The unit is on the third floor and there is no elevator. The development is in a quieter area of the island with easy access to a nice, more secluded beach that provides interesting tidal changes. The wonder had great communication and responded quickly.

Our Short vacation

I highly recommend this place to my friend and family. The condo is very nice and my family really enjoyed it. The beach is less than 1 mins walk and my son caught small crabs and star fishes next to our condos. He really enjoyed it. We'll come back again. aaacomeback back bbbabbback

Wedding trip

Came to a cousin's wedding over Labor Day. Condo was very nice. Cool even though it was a hot weekend. Plenty of dishes, bathroom and shower were great, beach towels were appreciated. The beds were too firm for my taste but that's a matter of taste.

The condo lived up to its listing. It was beautifully renovated and decorated. Very clean with a well stocked kitchen. TV was no problem to use. The only disappointment is that the dishwasher is probably in need of replacing. After a cleaning cycle, there was still residue on dishes, silverware, glasses. Everything had to be hand washed in order to be properly cleaned.

Beautiful!

The cleanest condo I’ve ever stayed in! Beautifully decorated and comfortable. The owners have every detail covered. Literally all you need are your clothes and toiletries. Location is nice. Close to the airport, in a quiet neighborhood. Would definitely stay here again. The one negative is that the condo is on the third floor with no elevator.

Great stay!

We love HHI and The Spa is one of our favorite places to stay. This condo checked all the boxes and then some: steps away from the beach, clean condo, stocked kitchen, screened in porch, family friendly environment etc etc. My only is regret is not booking additional days to stay, but I'll be sure to do it next time.

Had a great time

The property is nice, but unfortunately a little far from the Sea Pines and Caligny areas of the island where most of the action is. We rented bikes, but with the mid 90's heat and high humidity we weren't going to try to ride that far. Very clean and well kept. The refrigerator was not closing properly and was replaced while we were at the beach one day. Bill was kind enough to refund some money to cover the cost of some of the food we lost with the switch. All in all a very nice week and we would recommend the place to anybody looking to have a good time on Hilton Head Island.

A great stay on HHI

This was the perfect condo for our family (two littles included!!) It was very well stocked and clean. Easy access to the sound, short drive to Burkes beach (highly recommend this one if you’re looking for something a little less crowded), and we enjoyed the pool also.

Perfect!

Clean, beautiful condo that was so close to the beach that we rarely wore shoes when going down there. The beds were comfy (including the sleeper sofa even!), the shower was refreshing and big and our favorite part was the screened in balcony. Bill and Terry were so easy to reach and always responded quickly to any questions we had. We will definitely stay here again!!!

Perfect getaway...

This place was great. I was nice and quiet in the evenings and the balcony became our favorite place to just hang out listening to nature and chatting. The location was fantastic with just being yards from the shoreline and about an hour away from all the tours we took. For a small family getaway, this was perfect and there are several little wonderful surprises in the furnishings. I only wish I could have found the elevator.

Great Getaway

This was more than a condo rental, it felt like home; very tastefully decorated, all of the little things thought of, like extra pillows, laundry baskets, even some basic spices! The owners were so nice, helpful and responsive to our inquiries. We would definitely recommend and would love to stay again.

Exactly as advertised

This property is beautiful! Exactly as advertised. The common areas could use some sprucing, but not a deal breaker. My friends and I enjoyed the short walk to the beach. It was very quiet with no disturbance. We loved that the unit was fully stocked with a ton of linen, cookware, dishes, silverware, cutlery, paper towel, napkins, etc. All appliances were clean and in working order and the beds were comfy. Will definitely stay at this property again, provided that it is available when time to book again.
