The Space:

Discover Lowcountry coastal living at this third-floor condo at The Spa on Port Royal Sound. This idyllic oceanfront complex boasts easy beach access, wonderful on-site amenities, and a prime location for exploring the beautiful golf courses and extensive bike paths of Hilton Head Island. Resort amenities include indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a fitness center, tennis and basketball courts, grilling and picnic areas, a playground, and a gorgeous stretch of beach on Port Royal Sound. It's a great location on the north side of Hilton Head, right between Fish Haul Beach Park and Historic Mitchellville Freedom Park.



The condo's covered balcony offers a breezy perch overlooking one of the water features in the complex. It's the perfect spot to start your day with morning coffee or end it with an evening cocktail.



The interior's inviting, open-concept floor plan is thoughtfully designed for family gatherings and comes fully furnished for complete home comfort. The stainless steel kitchen is well-equipped with all the major appliances and accessories for at-home meal planning. Soft seating, a fireplace, and a TV are ready to welcome casual downtime in the living room. Additional perks include central air-conditioning, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer.

Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.

Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.

All guests shall abide by The Good Neighbor Policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.

No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

This building is not equipped with elevators. Stairs are required to access this condo.

This retreat is adjacent to All About Cats, a cat sanctuary. Please keep this in mind if anyone in your group is allergic.

Please note E-bikes are not allowed.



Unassigned parking is available at each building.

Purchase your parking pass at the security gate.

25.00 for the first vehicle and 25.00 for an additional vehicle. Credit/Debit card only.

Number of vehicles allowed is two.



Other Things to Note:

The Spa on Port Royal community does not permit e-bikes. Please also note that there is no elevator access, and the unit is accessible by stairs.

The listing is exactly as is. Very easy access to the beach/sound. Nicely manicured common areas - pools, picnic area with grills. Our stay was excellent. No crowds on the beach and very quiet. Nice and relaxing!

We had a great time, I came here to have a vacation after getting out of the army, and it did not disappoint. Well worth the stay, and the private beach attached was beautiful. 10/10 highly recommended. Host was very communicative, very easy to talk to, and responded very quickly. The host also gave me local restaurant recommendations, no complaints there. The place was very clean, the pool was nice, and we did not have to purchase cookware or anything, the only thing we had to purchase was trash bags. Highly recommend

Nice place to stay

The condo was very clean and nice. The inside was wonderful. We were on the third floor and the way to the condo didn’t have flooring so looked little sketchy, but the rest was great. Loved the swings to relax and the garden was so nice. Overall would recommend the area, and would return!

Do not take electric or electric assist bikes. They don’t not allow them on property at all, they won’t let you in.Also there are no elevators so choose a room on the 1st floor.Other than that, are room was very clean.And perfect for us!

Great beach getaway place!

The condo was exactly as described! It was spacious and comfortable…. Just a very short walk to the water. Also, the air worked great, which was much appreciated!

Great place in Hilton Head

Stayed here with my family for spring break. Location was great if you want to be close to the water- you can even see it from the porch and entry! Found the place to be comfortable and typically quiet. Will hear planes and neighbors occasionally. The indoor pool and hot tub were a plus for my kids since the outdoor pools weren’t open yet.

Pretty good

It was convenient to the small pool and the boardwalk to the beach which was great with a little one. We really needed some extra blankets and there weren’t any in the unit. It also would’ve been nice just to have some cooking oil so we didn’t have to go buy some. Overall, it was a pretty good experience.

Great location and very clean property offering everything you need while feeling like a home away from home. Great communication and timely responses. Only thing I'd change is to not charge a parking fee if only one car is parking for the stay.
