Discover Lowcountry coastal living at this third-floor condo at The Spa on Port Royal Sound. This idyllic oceanfront complex boasts easy beach access, wonderful on-site amenities, and a prime location for exploring the beautiful golf courses and extensive bike paths of Hilton Head Island. Resort amenities include indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a fitness center, tennis and basketball courts, grilling and picnic areas, a playground, and a gorgeous stretch of beach on Port Royal Sound. It's a great location on the north side of Hilton Head, right between Fish Haul Beach Park and Historic Mitchellville Freedom Park.



The condo's covered balcony offers a breezy perch overlooking one of the water features in the complex. It's the perfect spot to start your day with morning coffee or end it with an evening cocktail.



The interior's inviting, open-concept floor plan is thoughtfully designed for family gatherings and comes fully furnished for complete home comfort. The stainless steel kitchen is well-equipped with all the major appliances and accessories for at-home meal planning. The condo was very clean and nice. The inside was wonderful. We were on the third floor and the way to the condo didn’t have flooring so looked little sketchy, but the rest was great. Loved the swings to relax and the garden was so nice. Overall would recommend the area, and would return!

Great beach getaway place!

The condo was exactly as described! It was spacious and comfortable…. Just a very short walk to the water. Also, the air worked great, which was much appreciated!

Great place in Hilton Head

Stayed here with my family for spring break. Location was great if you want to be close to the water- you can even see it from the porch and entry! Found the place to be comfortable and typically quiet. Will hear planes and neighbors occasionally. The indoor pool and hot tub were a plus for my kids since the outdoor pools weren’t open yet.

Pretty good

It was convenient to the small pool and the boardwalk to the beach which was great with a little one. We really needed some extra blankets and there weren’t any in the unit. It also would’ve been nice just to have some cooking oil so we didn’t have to go buy some. Overall, it was a pretty good experience.
