Alpine Hollow is a cozy, light filled one-bedroom standalone suite, filled with open neighbourhood and forest views. The suite features a fully equipped kitchen, king bed, sofa bed, washer/dryer, and secure storage. Enjoy an easy 8-minute walk or a quick ride to Red Mountain for skiing, biking, or hiking. Historic downtown Rossland is a fast 5-minute drive for dining, essentials, and souvenirs. This suite offers year-round outdoor adventure and a private, peaceful retreat.

The space:
A charming getaway perfect for unwinding after a day of skiing, biking, or exploring. The high ceilings and large windows make the suite feel bright and open, while warm finishes create a modern mountain vibe.

The kitchen is fully equipped for guests who prefer cooking over dining out. You will find some basic kitchen conveniences, including a fridge with an ice maker , smoothie blender, toaster, coffee pot, coffee bean grinder, electric kettle, and all essential cookware. We also provide coffee & filters, a selection of teas and a few basics such as salt, pepper, spice rack, sugar, and cooking oil.

Settle in with a movie or board game by the fire, or sprawl out on the king bed and enjoy some Netflix. Blackout blinds keep the bedroom dark so you can rest and recharge for the next day's adventures. Bedside USB charging station are available for convenient device charging.

Red Mountain is famous for deep powder and an abundance of bike trails. To help with wet gear, you'll find boot and glove dryers located in the entrance, plus additional heaters that cycle on and off. All bikes, skis, and gear can be stored safely and securely.

We know checkout mornings can feel rushed, so we make it simple: we handle the garbage and recycling, collect the towels and start the dishwasher. We ask that you leave the space in a respectful condition.

Guests have full access to the one-bedroom suite, balcony and 1 parking spot on driveway. No street parking from Nov - April
Other things to note
Host is available on the property if needed; otherwise guests enjoy full privacy.

We're a family who moved to Rossland from the Okanagan in 2023 for a new adventure and a more outdoorsy lifestyle. Life here still feels a bit like a vacation - days spent snowboarding as a family, having back yard fires with friends, embracing the bike culture and exploring the Kootenays. We created Alpine Hollow so guests can enjoy the same magic we experience everyday.
