The space
Set on a beautiful 10-acre property just one minute from Grassy Head Beach, this peaceful studio is surrounded by lush nature and ocean sounds. The main house sits about 20 metres away, giving you plenty of privacy while still feeling connected to the land.
Wander through fruit trees - lemons, limes, bananas, mangoes and mandarins - and enjoy drinking and showering in pure, filtered rainwater. You’ll often hear the ocean from the studio, reminding you how close you are to the coast.
This eco-friendly getaway is ideal for couples, surfers, and nature lovers looking to unwind, recharge, and enjoy the simple pleasures of coastal living.
