The open-plan living area opens to an undercover patio ideal for quiet mornings or BBQ evenings after exploring the coast. A sleek kitchen and home office add everyday convenience, and central cooling and heating ensure ultimate comfort. Stroll to the jetty for sunset views, discover the vibrant reef or wander the river trails for a scenic escape.
Step inside to a calm, contemporary home designed for effortless coastal living. The hallway passes a private courtyard with outdoor seating, an ideal spot for a quiet morning coffee, before opening into the main living area. Here, a deep sectional sofa, reclining armchair and warm, layered styling create an inviting space to relax with a movie or enjoy slow evenings together.
The kitchen sits at the heart of the home, sleek and bright with high-gloss cabinetry, a generous island bench and bar stools for casual dining. A full suite of appliances, including an espresso machine, gas cooktop, oven, fridge and dishwasher, makes cooking effortless. Nearby, the light-filled dining area offers a welcoming place to gather.
Outside, the undercover patio and sunny backyard extend the living space. With a ceiling fan, adjustable blinds and comfortable seating, this alfresco area works beautifully year-round—perfect for a morning coffee, an afternoon read or relaxed BBQ dinners.
