• The property is accessible by 3 flights of stairs as well as the lower balcony. It may not be suitable for people with mobility issues.

• Whilst the property overlooks the water, direct access to the shoreline through the grounds is not permitted.

• There is no access to the jetty.

• The unit is attached to the main property and is currently occupied.

• The unit has its own private entrance.

•The front door is controlled by a smart lock with keypad and camera.

•Additional security cameras outside that are not facing any private areas.

• Due to safety reason, the property is not suitable for children under 12 years old. There are stairs as well as the ability for children to make their way down to the water through restricted areas or neighbours properties.

HOUSE RULES

• Please respect the property and neighbours.

• Strickly no smoking or vaping indoors and outdoors.

• Check-in is after 2:00 pm; checkout is by 10:00 am.

• Loud parties and indoor smoking will incur a penalty.

• Noise needs to be kept to a minimum between10:00pm and until 8:00am.

• Pets are not permitted.

• Please take care of your rubbish during your stay.
