Wonderful vacation location and set-up. I would stay again. My only issue was communication. Nothing was communicated through VRBO but instead from a different source through email. As I booked through VRBO I expected communication through secure, monitored channels.

We loved our stay at this spacious home. Katie was very welcoming and wanted to make sure we were settled and happy upon arrival which we definitely were. The wall of windows toward the beach are fantastic with lots of seating options. Loved perusing all the books and our group enjoyed lots of walks on the beach and to the prom. Definitely a place we'd stay at again.

Centrally located, equipped with everything we needed, and million dollar views. It's a quick walk to the beach from the house, 3 minutes to the grocery store, and close to at least 5-10 food spots. This was perfect for our family including a 6 and 8 year old.

Great family home

On the waterfront, this home was a perfect fit for our family reunion! Plenty of space and activities for the kids. Tastefully decorated, and kitchen is well stocked. Would rent this home again in the future.

We had a blast for my wife’s 40th birthday. We had some family come over and we had some friends come over. We played some of the games, ping-pong, foosball, air hockey. The house is loaded with stuff. It had an awesome view from both floors. Highly recommend.

Nice house on the beach

Welcoming house, great view of and easy walk to beach, more than enough room for the six of us, all amenities of home, short drive to Seaside main drag, fire pit was a bonus for s’mores.Katy was super easy to work with.

Family Fun

Had two houses rented for a full family vacation. This house was perfect for us to hang out, walk to the beach, play and visit. Beautiful view and home, and so nice to have all the games for more fun.

Property was in functional condition, all appliances were operational. The views from the house and the location near the estuary were fantastic. The property was cleaned and prepared for our arrival. Check in and entry to the house was pretty easy. The host reached out to give check in guidance 3 days before arrival and remained responsive during the visit. We had 9 adults and three children and fit in the house very well. The 2.5 baths worked surprisingly well for our group. The couch in the game room was used as a fold out bed. We parked 4 cars in the driveway pretty easily. We used the bar-b-cue, outdoor chairs and table, and the fire pit nightly with no issues. We cooked almost every night, the kitchen is functional and has most basic items you need.The indoor gas fireplace/stove is a cozy feature. The bedding was complemented by several folks in our group. We ran low on some basic supplies(toilet paper, soap, trash bags) and were replenished during the week upon request. Pros: location, holds large groups, quality bedding, beach views, gameroom, utility room with W/D, responsive host. Cons: Some appliances dated, but functional, BBQ is pretty small for such a large house, sliding door to back patio is a bit difficult for smaller people. We would recommend this house for larger groups who want a quiet experience in Seaside. We did not walk to the downtown, but it would be a pleasant walk less than 30 minutes if you are mobile. We would definitely stay here again.
