A woodburner and heat pump is available for whatever the weather throws at you. A modern kitchen with top appliances. Four bedrooms, one with ensuite, a family bathroom and separate laundry. Close to shops, the lake and the Two Mile Bay boat ramp.
Strictly no parties or gatherings. If you would like visitors during your stay, please let us know. This way we won`t disturb you if we consider there to be extra guests at the property.
Only the maximum number of guests stated on the booking are permitted to stay.
If extra guests are found to be at the property they will be asked to leave.
Please do not ask if extra guests/children can stay on blow up mattresses the answer will always be `no`, for health and safety reasons.
Non compliance of the maximum number of guests or the no party rule may result in eviction without refund.
