The house is exactly as pictured! Every room is very clean and well organized. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we could think of (we just had to supply groceries) for any cooking plans we might have. The pool and the hot tub were AMAZING! My family had so much fun swimming, relaxing by the pool, and playing games at the game table or pool table. We truly did not want to leave.

This property is as beautiful as described, however there were a few concerns. Our flight arrived earlier than scheduled. I contacted the company only to find out their office was closed on the weekend. I left a message on the line that they designate for emergencies, which will be answered within an hour, yet I never received a call back. The following day I called to report the water dispenser and ice maker on the fridge were not functioning. The following day I received an email with a photo of the door of the fridge to determine if the ice maker had been shut off. It wasn't, and clearly it had not been working for some time. There was also a problem with the flooring of the home. While nice looking, several strips had the edges broken and there were sections that were loose. One, in a particular high traffic area of the kitchen, was coming up on the corner and would hurt if you walked barefoot in the home. I contacted the management company and was told the owners were aware of it. Not a very responsive property management team. The home is lovely, yet lacks some basic care and attention.
