What an experience! The home is beautiful and clean and had all the amenities any one would need. The layout of the home was thoughtfully done to allow the best views of the bay. There are several nooks and areas for alone time or gathering spaces for the people in your party. We only had 4 in our party (2 old teenagers) but could have easily had a few more adults with plenty of space. The area the house is located is beautiful with wonderful locals.

This place was stunning and I would return every year if I could. I will also be recommending it to friends of mine who travel often. The views of the ocean and the Arch Rocks couldn't be better and the interior of the house was elegant. We spent most of our time on the three decks - lounge chairs on the main deck for sunning ourselves, rocking chairs on the side deck when we needed some shade, and the hanging egg chairs on the back deck. The communication was perfect and though pricey - worth every cent.

Beautiful property, spectacular views! Needs a bit of maintenance on the sliding glass and screen doors.We had a problem, ran out of gas. We didn't have a stove or fireplace for a couple of days. We understand things happen. We were disappointed that no compensation was offered.

Very neat house with a great view! The hills going up to the house are very steep and about a 20 minute walk to the beach. Very clean and recommend.
