Loved it!! Awesome spot. You should indicate easy 5 minute walk to ocean and that you have beach amenities.

Arrived to a house filled with dead bugs everywhere! Blood and hair on old dirty sheets! Crumbs on every counter surface! Dirty pool and the pool furniture! It looked like something dropped off a truck on the side of a highway then went through a flood and finally placed at this property! We could not use the pool it was unsanitary! We stayed two nights and could not wait to leave it was so dirty! The host was terrible at communicating and did not even try to apologize for how disgusting the place was! Do not recommend to stay here!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location was excellent, offering an easy walk to the beach and a quick 10-minute walk to local shops and restaurants. The house was clean and comfortable, the kitchen was well-equipped, and we particularly enjoyed the pool.We also appreciated the water hose near the front of the house for rinsing off sand. Additionally, we found Walmart delivery to be very helpful during our stay.It was great to be able to borrow the beach umbrella, chairs, cooler, and towels provided. We purchased some beach toys and snorkels which we have left behind for future guests to enjoy.We would be happy to stay here again.

Perfect location with easy access to the beach. I understand we were the first to stay post hurricane flooding renovation and everything was new and fresh. Couple of bumps with internet access and tv usage, but we were only there a couple days and the host would have came by to help, but it was that big of deal for us.

Booked 3 nights. Upon arrival (it was gross), reported the following: stained bed spreads (were they cleaned??), stained pillow cases, requested new bed spreads and pillow cases; pool dirty, no wifi password provided (took forever to get it, why is it not just provided before check-in??), no dishwasher soap; disgusting shower curtain (looked like it was never cleaned, hair in towels, old towels. Stained furniture - couch and chairs. Back near the pool was trashed. Overall, the photos are deceiving. Contacted management about the various issues and requested they be resolved. Got the run around from owner and management - they tell me to contact the local person (which btw, is responsible for the current condition of the unit). The afternoon of our last day - a women explained the stains were because the bed spreads were old. Well, that doesn't help; finally provided dish soap (but it was our last night there). Never got new bed spreads or pillow cases. Avoid this place. It's not worth the price even though it "looks" reasonable. It really isn't .

The location was great and convenient to the beach, restaurants. The house has potential but needs major improvements. There is a MAJOR ant problem. TV in bedroom doesn't have remote. The shared patio in the back is an issue. The neighbor that stayed in the other unit was kind of rude. He was very territorial over his side of the patio. There needs to be a better barrier or something to divide and give privacy to both tenants. Every time we turned the air on in the house because it would get warm somehow the thermostat would set back to 83. That was uncomfortable. It took us forever to get the other two TVs working in the house because the wifi or something wasn't set up beforehand. I only gave three stars because the location was so convenient and the house has potential but needs major attention. We couldn't even use the outside shower to rinse sand off. Only the other tenant was allowed to use it. Also odd. Communication was very poor when we reached out about the wifi, TVs and ant problem. Nothing was ever done about the ants while we stayed there. I saw ants on the bed, couch, kitchen counters, our cereal box, in the bathroom... basically everywhere. It was unacceptable. Two of the dinning room chairs broke just while sitting there. The couch was pretty stained and the master bedroom bed smelled bad. I ended up washing all the bedding and could still smell something. Maybe it's the mattress or pillows. I hope this review helps makes improvements for future occupants.

After reviewing your feedback with the homeowner, they wanted to share the following steps they’re taking:- A professional pest control service has been scheduled to fully address the ant issue, and the cleaning team has been retrained to ensure all surfaces and soft goods are thoroughly inspected between guest stays.- The backyard patio area for this unit is directly behind the home, and the neighbor’s section is clearly labeled. Only the pool is shared. The homeowner is looking into updating the property description to make this even clearer for future guests.- The thermostat settings are being adjusted to prevent auto-resetting, and the property team is reviewing the TV and Wi-Fi setup to ensure everything is fully functional and guest-ready before each stay.- The homeowner is also following up with the guest communication team to improve response times and ensure any future maintenance or support requests are handled promptly.We truly appreciate you taking the time to share this helpful feedback. These updates are already in motion to help create a better experience for future guests.
