The canal provides easy access to intercostal fishing, tackle shops, fuel at the marinas, waterfront restaurants, private sandbars, and the St. Augustine Bayfront and Fort. Spend your days lounging in the sun and splashing in the heated pool and your evenings soaking in the incredible sunset views from the backyard, patio, and dock. The private dock is perfect for boating, fishing, launching the included kayak and paddle board, and wildlife viewing. Be on the lookout for a variety of birds, dolphins, and manatees!
Head inside to prepare your favorite foods and drinks in the fully stocked kitchen. Gather with family and friends for delicious meals around the spacious dining table or in the comfortable living room to enjoy your favorite shows and movies on the large smart TV. Frank Butler Park is adjacent to the neighborhood and has a boat ramp, floating dock, picnic tables and restrooms. **PET POLICY: Only dogs are permitted (no cats), and must be approved by management PRIOR to booking. You must inquire through the booking platform with the number, weight, and breed to get approval before you book as some breed and size restrictions apply. A pet fee will be required upon approval.
***Note: The pool heater season is from November 1st - April 15th. Pool heat is available upon request. Pool heat must be requested 24-48 hours in advance. Please inquire for pool heat fees. Depending on the weather conditions, the pool may not hit the set point of the heater. Please note, when night temperatures go below 50 degrees the heater cannot operate effectively. Please plan your vacation activities accordingly. No refunds are issued based on weather conditions. ***

25 year age requirement to book and stay: Tenant must be at least twenty-five (25) years of age (an "adult") and will be an occupant of the unit during the entire reserved dates.
Noise Ordinance: The city of St. Augustine has a noise ordinance that prohibits noise between the hours of 10:00pm-6:00am Sunday-Thursday, and 11:00pm-7:00am Friday-Saturday. Violations can result in a $500 fee.
No smoking or vaping on the property. $500 fine for rule violation.
