We had a great experience. The property was well kept and it was perfect for our stay. The space was newly remodeled and had everything we needed. Super clean and plenty of room. Staff was quick to respond with any questions or issues. Would definitely stay here again.

We have been going to Colony Inn since 2015 as a family, as usual we booked 7 different units. The renovation in each room is beautiful, the area as always impeccable. However there was an incident that made us upset as a whole. The young lady in front desk verbalized we were making noise in pool after hours when it was another group. We request that she looked at the camera and she replied we can't make out faces.

This is a good location convient to many good eating spots and the beach.

Steps from the beach. Clean updated unit. Perfect for two or three people. We were there during a cold spell and couldn't get the heat to work properly.
