4/1/2025 UPDATE: Turtle's Tiki Bar & Grille and Shima Japanese Steakhouse & Sushi Bar are open to our rental guests. Sundial Resort is offering Sundial Daycation passes from Wednesday to Sunday (main pool, beach chair, and umbrella service) on a limited basis through March 31, 2026 (reservation required: 866-565-5093 or sundialresort.com for details and cost). Also, discounted Sundial Resort day passes are available on a first-come, first-served basis ($25/day adults, $15/day kids) with valid proof of rental booking. No advanced reservations accepted. The availability of these day passes is not guaranteed, as advance sale day passes can sell out.

The primary bedroom has an open bed frame that provides extra storage and a desk for remote work, and the bedside lamps have built-in USB ports and an outlet. This Sanibel Island vacation rental is part of the luxurious Gulf-front Sundial Beach Resort & Spa. Our guests can access many of the resort's amenities, including the beach, community pool by your building, tennis and pickleball courts, BBQ Grills, and resort restaurants and spa. With all the comforts of home, Sundial F205 ensures a memorable and rejuvenating stay on Sanibel Island.

Beautiful modern condo

Enjoyed my stay in this beautiful condo — exactly my style and I felt right at home. Looks like everything has been very recently updated! I do wish there was a washer / dryer in the unit, but there’s a community laundry room right next door. You’ll need quarters! I highly recommend this rental.

Just as advertised, amazing location

The condo was exactly as shown in the photos. Nice one bedroom studio style condo. It was very clean and the bed and couches were comfortable. The screened in porch was great to sit on in the morning and evening. A less then 5 minute walk to the pool or beach was fantastic. The Sundial resort is beautiful and marine life sightings in the gulf were a daily occurance. Sanibel/Captiva are very easy to get around and there are great restaurants and stores within 10-15 minutes of the resort. My wife and I can not wait to go back.

Smokey odor in condo,light in kitchen was noisy.

Pool was very clean, few steps to the ocean, as far as the condo everything was good, kitchen was equipped with everything and supplies were adequate. Although it did have a smoke odor when we arrived,which affected my asthma.

Great Spot

Fully updated condo with everything you need from pots and pans to beach toys. Great location. Close to both pools and beach. We have stayed at this resort many times and this was by far the nicest unit. Kids slept on the sofa sleeper. Kind bed in the bedroom was very comfy.
