Great property and location to the beach. Unfortunately, we had a few issues with the house (ie, drains not working and electrical issues in kitchen), but the host was extremely responsive and had someone come out right away!

Summer Moon is a lovely property within easy walking distance to the ocean. The house felt clean and the kitchen was well stocked with all we would need for a week stay. The property is very dog friendly and our dogs had as much fun as we did! Thank you to the owners and management company for such an easy and enjoyable week! We would definitely recommend this property to a friend.

Summer Moon was beautiful! We had a wonderful family vacation! The path to the beach access was right across the road. The walk was about three blocks on a deck walkway. Very easy to ride a bike or scooters, and pull a beach wagon. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub after the beach. Great time!!

Had no electricity in downstairs bedroom or bathroom didn’t discover this issue until 10 pm probably on a Saturday. Sent the host a message through the website had a response within a few minutes and was very helpful it was just a tripped breaker very common and easy to reset I just didn’t want to snoop the entire house looking for the breaker box that was in fact behind the bedroom door in my room I was staying in. Reset breaker no issues after that so thanks for being so responsive to issues.
