The dining space seats six, making it ideal for shared meals and easy entertaining. The retro-style kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, oven and coffee machine, while the adjoining laundry includes a washer/dryer combo for added convenience (along with the dishwasher). Heating and cooling are well covered with split systems in the living area and all bedrooms.

All three bedrooms are comfortably appointed, each with a queen bed and individual split-system heating and cooling. The central bathroom includes both a bath and shower, with a separate toilet for practicality.

We welcome guests to book that are going to use the property respectfully. We have a very strict no party policy at the house, which means no loud music day or night and at 11pm we ask you to move inside with no noise to the neighbours. We love our neighbours and want to look after them.

Your booking is for the whole property. Shortly before your arrival date you will be provided with details on how to access the property. Linen, bath towels and starter amenities are provided for your convenience.

Sorry no hens, bucks and absolutely no schoolies bookings of any kind, not even quiet ones :)
