Enjoy your morning coffee while taking in the stunning ocean views framed by Cypress trees and beautifully manicured front gardens or step right across Scenic Drive for a stroll down to the sands of Carmel Beach for morning exercise or evening sunsets. This location is one of our best!

Living Space
Carmel stone steps lead up from the driveway to the front door. Enter into the living room with large picture windows facing the ocean, gas fireplace, comfortable sofa, and TV.

Kitchen and Dining
The dining area and kitchen are elevated above the living room (four steps). Enjoy whitewater ocean views from the dining table with seating for 4. The sleek, modern kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals at home including plenty of workspace, a smooth-top electric stove and a lovely apron-front sink.
Adjacent to the kitchen is a den with breakfast table that seats 4 which is also perfect for games, a sofa, and French doors that look out to a small, protected stone patio with a propane BBQ grill and a teak outdoor table and chairs that seat 4.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms
Bedroom #1 is a lovely primary suite that features a king bed, TV, ample closet space, a roll-top writing desk, and an en suite bathroom with a step in shower with clear glass doors. Sliding doors from the bedroom lead out to a small stone patio with ocean views. This bedroom is elevated three steps up from the living area level.
Bedroom #2 has two twin beds, TV and beautiful ocean views.
A full, newly remodeled bathroom has a standing shower with glass enclosure.

A washer and dryer set are on hand for guest use.

Single-car garage with opener plus off-street parking for one car in the driveway.
