We booked last minute, wanted to be close to Old Silver Beach and this property was great. Loved the updated floor plan & the 2 tv areas worked out great, my wife & I could watch our shows & our 2 daughters had their own huge living room. 3 fulls baths were an added bonus. Property was also convenient to downtown Falmouth & having Falmouth Market minutes away was our go to for breakfast. I would highly recommend this property.

Friends and Family

Perfect location for a family/friends weekend to enjoy the Falmouth road race and get in some beach day. Very close to Old Silver Beach. House was spacious and beautiful. Not a fan of all the smart lights as sometimes they just were temperamental but all the attention to detail in the house was beautiful. Would definitely come back.

Recently renovated, close to beach

Beautiful and bright recently renovated home close to beaches in West Falmouth. Immaculate home with very well equipped kitchen. Enjoyed the sand pit in the backyard. Attractive backyard which backs up to conservation land. Only downside was road noise from 28 though you can’t see the traffic. Victor was great at communicating and did a terrific job with the renovation. Very clean and modern.

Lovely Home!!

Everything you would want in a vacation home!! First I would like to say that our hosts were wonderful. Their communication was very timely and extremely informative. The house is completely updated and stocked with everything except the food. It was centrally located for our needs which was for a daughter’s wedding at Bourne Farm and welcome drinks at the Sea Crest Beach Hotel. It is not on the water but the neighborhood was beautiful!! Beach chairs and bicycles were included as the public beach and bike path are close by. Highly recommend if you want to stay in West Falmouth!!

Wonderful 3 week stay in Falmouth

My wife and young children (aged 5 and 3) spent 3 weeks here in August. My wife and I travel extensively. As Americans living in London we use VRBO frequently and have been to 50+ countries and many with our young children. All the Pros: The host Victor was so responsive! Something that is so important to me. and my wife. With issues that needed tending to Victor worked as quickly as possible to resolve them. This made the stay quite enjoyable. Construction had just been completed in the basement to make the space perfect for a family with plenty of open area for my children to play with their toys and have a separate area. The kitchen is perfect with everything you need for cook from home. With 2 young kids my wife and I cook most meals at home so having all the appropriate cookware is critical. This house had it all. This made it so easy to cook at home. Plenty of towels in the bathrooms and brand new washing machines and dryers to do your own laundry. Beautiful bathrooms and showers were such a treat after a day out at the beach. Right near a perfect bike bath (3 bikes provided as well) and just 2 minute drive to A Market for anything you might need whilst here. Lots of space outside to sit and relax and a huge BBQ for dinners outside should you wish. Areas could use Improving: The bedroom pillows and bedding should be upgraded to a higher quality and some rugs, shelves and dressers could be added to bedrooms to give it a more luxurious touch. Of the 3 bedrooms only one of them had a small dresser. The other 2 only had closets--might be fine for some but a place to fold and store some clothes (not on the floor) would be needed. Overall it had all we needed for a family vacation and plenty of space for guests. I would absolutely recommend to anyone staying in the area. Wonderful spot for a holiday.

Great location and amenities

Overall we enjoyed our stay. Spent a weekend there with my extended family. Playroom was perfect for the kids and we enjoyed the games and beach equipment downstairs. Only small complaint was there was an odd smell in the 2 non-master bedrooms.

Perfect hub for our Cape Cod Excursions

For us the location was great to explore everything we wanted to do and see on the Cape. The location was in a nice neighborhood and quiet. Perfect location to jump on the ferry to Martha's Vineyard or head up the Cape for golf, sightseeing and great food. The property was clean, modern and satisfied all our needs. Everything seemed brand new which was nice. It was obvious the owner put hard work into the property. It would of been nice to have the jacuzzi as part of the experience, but unfortunately is was not in working order (not sure why). The property checked all the boxes...we were so busy we didn't even get a chance to use the awesome remodeled basement with pool table, kitchen, card table and sitting area! Super cool.

Great communication.

I had to cancel my trip after the cancellation date. Victor accommodated a request for local family members to have access to the property despite my change in schedule. Ultimately the property was not occupied during the reservation but I wanted to follow-up and recognize Victor's excellent communication and efforts to accommodate my request. I will certainly consider this property for future trips.

Good house for groups / families

Very nice home in a great neighborhood. In terms of location, definitely a drive away from the local beaches or downtown Falmouth, but not far. The house itself has a nice kitchen and great deck/backyard with plenty of modern touches. A good summer destination

Wonderful weekend away!

The house is beautiful! Victor and his wife spared no expense in the house renovations. My family and I felt right at home during our entire stay. They even sent me a birthday gift to the house which speaks to their kindness and character. Highly recommend! We cannot wait to come back!

Cape cod vacation

Beautiful home, exactly as describe. They thought of everything. Victor made whole process extremely easy. Home is close to everything. Had a wonderful time.

Great visit to the Cape

We had a perfect long weekend vacation at this property. Victor was great to work with and super accommodating. The location was nice and quiet for our family with lots of rooms for the babies to explore and play. The renovation to the house is amazing with a very impressive kitchen and modern bathrooms. It doesn't seem like the house has had many renters yet so keep in mind if you plan on cooking you may need to make sure you bring or purchase some kitchen staples. The hot tub was out of order during our visit, which would have been great to enjoy but otherwise we had a 10/10 stay. Thank you Victor for your hospitality!
