OLD SILVER BEACH, W. FALMOUTH. Nicely situated on a private, wooded lot on a cul-du-sac just a few streets and short walk from renowned Old Silver Beach. This bright and roomy contemporary features 3- Levels with a finished, walkout basement, private deck, open kitchen, living, dining area with a sun room. Lots of glass and open space and super location makes this a perfect vacation spot.

Amenities Include:

Main Level - Perfect for entertaining with the kitchen, formal living room, sun room area with TV, and full bathroom. Walkout access to back patio with BBQ Grill overlooking wooded area.

Upstairs - 3 bedrooms - Master with king bed and full bathroom, 1 bedroom with king bed, and 1 bedroom with queen bed. Additional full bathroom in the hallway.

Walkout Basement - Outdoor shower access, and a fantastic area for the kids! Two twin beds, one sofa with foldout bed, and one futon. Additional ROKU enabled TV downstairs for keeping those kids entertained between beach trips!

No Smoking

Please keep in mind when considering renting this home, that the house is in an older, established, and quiet neighborhood. The home is meant for families to enjoy each other while making sure that they are being respectful of the surrounding neighbors. Under no circumstances are large parties or gatherings allowed at this property.

The neighborhood covenants have a strict policy forbidding people from parking on the street due to the amount of travelers attempting to access Old Silver Beach. Please park your cars in the driveway only and never on the street.

We had a wonderful stay! We had plenty of space for our multigenerational family of 6 adults. The house is conveniently located near Old Silver Beach and the Sea Quest resort. Check in and communication was easy and hassle free. The one concern we had was the carpeting in the main living area was dirty and in need of a good cleaning. We would definitely stay again if we are in the area!

This house was perfect for our needs. We had plenty of room for everyone. The only reason why I don’t give it. Five stars is because the house is in need of tender, loving care, the gold dirty rug in the living room, dining area, the old countertops in the kitchen and the old countertops in the bathroom bathrooms all need to be redone and updated. The neighborhood was beautiful and the walk to the beach was short and easy it would have been nice to have a beach pass included in the house because when you have small children, you have a lot of stuff to carry to the beach and also the air conditioners in the windows did a great job in cooling the house, but they were noisy not a problem but after a while you get tired of the noise but overall I would rate the house itself of five if you don’t mind, the fact that it needs major updating.

Perfect home for extended family vacation on the Cape! The location was fantastic! It’s an easy walk to Old Silver Beach and the Sea Crest. Kevin the host was quick to respond to questions and clearly communicated all pertinent information. Check in was a breeze, and the neighborhood was friendly. Grateful for the opportunity to stay in this hidden gem!

Perfect getaway near Old Silver Beach

This house was perfect for our group - plenty of space on a nice quiet cul-de-sac, a short walk to Old Silver Beach and a quick drive to town. The description about this property was accurate and Kevin was very responsive!

Great stay for families

Loved the quick walk (less than ten min) to beautiful Old Silver Beach, which has a great burger shack (that also has chicken fingers, hot dogs, veggie burgers etc.), soft white sand, and perfect swimming temperature & waves in August. The house is clean and spacious with lovely bedrooms upstairs and plenty of overflow sleeping space in the finished basement. Note that the outdoor shower here is not the typical one you find at the Cape, as it's mostly covered and dark under a deck, so it's not really open air with the sun shining down on you! You have to drive to pretty much everything else in the area, including the bike path (kind of tough area to bike on the streets). There are pickleball and basketball courts a couple miles away. We only went to family restaurants and our favorite was the Quarterdeck downtown, followed by treats at Ben & Bill's Chocolate Emporium. Would stay again!

Perfect beach location

Older, clean comfortable home in a quiet lovely residential area. The location could not be better for an easy walk to Old Silver Beach or to a wooded trail that connects to a walking/ biking path.

Great Two Weeks!!

The house had great space for the adults and the young ones after a great day at the beach. The weather was beautiful but there was always space at the residents beach which was great, and the walk was very easy even on some of the hot days. We had a great two weeks and would certainly recommend it for a family vacation spot.

Great location, well kept property

Great location by the beach and a short ride from downtown Falmouth. Nice, large bedrooms and plenty of room for the family to spread out. Would stay again.

Wonderful stay

It was a fantastic get away and my family really enjoyed it. There was a slight issue with the AC units, the property manager was very responsive and helpful. Hoping to book again in the future.

Great Family Vacation Home

Great quiet setting for family gathering, walking distance to OSB. Rooms and spaces very family friendly and we loved trying some of the games in the lower level especially, use of the wagon to carry things to the beach. Different levels worked great for different sleep schedules and met or exceeded expectations in many ways.

Fantastic week - clean house - quiet neighborhood- super short walk to beach! Our extended family and friends enjoyed the house immensely - would definitely stay there again. Owner super easy to deal with and quick with responses. Plenty of space over three levels! Great spot to enjoy vacation.

The Best Area on the Cape

The hidden gem of the Cape is the North Falmouth area. Just over the bridge and you are there. Plenty to do and great shopping in Falmouth and Mashpee.

Great spot!

We enjoyed Labor Day weekend at this property. The management was seamless and helpful. The house was great for our big group. It had good flow and We had enough space and bathrooms to be comfortable. The neighborhood was very beautiful! Great private wooded setting and cul-de-sac. The house was well stocked (some pantry items/spices, some helpful stuff for the beach). Comfy beds. The grill worked great. Even extra propane supplied! Starter amounts of household supplies. Easy 8 minute walk to the beach. We shuttled the kids and stuff and kept it simple. Overall, the house was perfect for our needs and we’d stay there again! Every Cape rental has a few quirks and this one needs some new carpet. Thanks for a fabulous weekend!

We are excited to share our family home with you. This vacation home has been enjoyed by several generations. Grandchildren have taken their first steps here, and their growth has been marked on the kitchen wall.

We may be newer to the rental management side, but we have stayed in many home rentals in the past, and we tried to incorporate the things we liked most about them into this house. If you feel like we have missed something, please drop us a line.

Our goal is for you, your friends, and family to enjoy the home and the beach as much as the rest of the family has over the last 40 years. Please feel free to contact us with any questions.

We love the fact that our home is located within walking distance to Old Silver Beach, with plenty of driveway parking. This gives our guests the opportunity to not worry about waiting in line to park at the beach lot, and get right to the important thing...Enjoying the time with family and friends!
