Suntide III will be undergoing a building restoration and spalling repair project from September 21, 2026 through March 19, 2027
Active construction will be taking place on both the beachside and bayside of the property, and the outdoor pool will be closed for the entire duration of the project. The heated indoor pool and hot tub will still be accessible during this time
