This 2 bedroom condo has a king-size bed and 1 set of twin bunk beds and a full size bed. This rental is centrally located Also nearby you will find various shops and restaurants that are walking distance. Unit 702 does not allow pets or smoking. The view was great. We were there 3 days without hot water. The placed smelled of mould. Carpets were filthy. Blinds in living room were on the floor. Patio doors were extremely difficult to open & close. Loose tiles on the patio. Kitchen ceiling lights were damaged. Laundry was intact but the room was so crowded that it was difficult to open the door. All of the walls were damaged. The apartment has potential but has not been maintained.

This condo is a complete disaster. I can’t believe they charge so much for it. The outdated furniture is one thing, but the carpet was in terrible condition. It had stained spots, traffic wear, and holes from worn-out areas. The walls had some repair work done, but they failed to paint over the holes. There were also lots of marks on the walls from previous travelers. They should just give it a fresh coat of paint. The coffee table had a broken leg that was propped up. The tiles on the balcony were broken and popping up. The toilet in the master bath never flushed, and when maintenance came, it started running every five minutes. I read the reviews from previous travelers and thought those problems were fixed, no way could it be that bad. I was wrong, it’s worse.
