The Space:
Palm Cove Retreat strikes the perfect balance between relaxed coastal living and effortless style. Step inside to find a light-filled open-plan living area with timber floors, a comfortable leather sofa, and natural textures that echo the surrounding landscape. The kitchen blends clean lines with warm accents and is fully equipped with a gas stove, dishwasher, coffee pod machine, and everything you need to settle in.
Glass doors open onto a private garden oasis where the days stretch out around a shimmering pool framed by tropical greenery. There’s plenty of space to lounge, dine, and unwind, with a covered alfresco area, BBQ, and sun loungers inviting you to take things slow.
The five bedrooms are thoughtfully styled to ensure comfort for every guest. There is an air-conditioning unit in the hallway that helps cool the left side of the home, servicing Bedrooms 2, 3, 4 and 5.
Bedroom 1 (Primary suite): A spacious retreat with a plush king-size bed, air-conditioning, ceiling fan, walk-in wardrobe, desk and private ensuite. Sliding glass doors open directly to the back garden.
Bathroom 1 (Ensuite): Contemporary and functional, featuring a shower, vanity, and toilet.
Bedroom 2: Beautifully styled with a queen-size bed, wardrobe cupboard, and ceiling fan.
Bedroom 3: A stylish queen bedroom with a wardrobe cupboard and ceiling fan.
Bedroom 4: Another coastal chic bedroom, this one featuring a double bed with a ceiling fan.
Bedroom 5: Perfect for children, featuring two king single beds, a wardrobe cupboard, and a ceiling fan.
Bathroom 2: Conveniently located near the bedrooms and complete with a shower, bath, toilet, and vanity.
Laundry: Fully equipped with a front-loading washing machine, dryer, and sink for added convenience.
Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire single storey home along with space to park 2 cars in the driveway, please note there is no garage. There is also free street parking available.
The Neighborhood:
This coastal abode is just a 13-minute (900m) walk to the beautiful Cotton Tree Beach. You’ll also find plenty within walking distance, including great cafes, restaurants, and an Aldi. For a short drive, enjoy the Maroochydore Surf Club, Cotton Tree, plus plenty of amazing beaches. With parks, playgrounds, and scenic coastal paths nearby, it’s the perfect spot to relax and explore on your getaway.

Getting Around:
This home is ideally located for exploring Maroochydore on foot. Nestled in the backstreets, it’s within walking distance to beaches, cafes, restaurants, the CBD, and the Sunshine Plaza. Public transport is also close by, with bus services just a 9-minute (650m) walk to Aerodrome Road, connecting you north to Maroochydore main station then onto areas like Coolum or Noosa, or southbound to Mooloolaba and Kawana.

*Pet-friendly for dogs, 2 maximum - upon application, a $50 per pet fee applies. Please reach out to us for pre-approval before booking. Please note we do not accept cats.
*We DO NOT take schoolies bookings* *No guests under the age of 20 travelling independently, fine if accompanied by family (ie. young adults apart from a family booking is ok.)
*This home is in a residential community with neighbours in close proximity. We have quiet hours on the Sunshine Coast after 9pm. We ask that you also respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum generally.
*Please note to stay with us you will be required to fill out a check-in form for your stay. This is a requirement of all our guests that stay with us, access to our home will only be provided after the completion of our form.
*Electric vehicle charging: If you plan on charging your electric car while on holiday, we would appreciate it if you could first consider using the designated charging stations available at nearby shopping centres and public locations. These are great alternatives and help us manage our power usage. If you need to charge your electric car at our home, please reach out for pre-approval beforehand. Please be aware that there is an additional charge for this. We appreciate your understanding.
