This 2 bedroom, 1 bath condo is gorgeous, stylish, and comes with free parking in a controlled access parking deck across the street.

Deck parking is across the street. Metered street parking is right out front and there are many other lots nearby! Meters are free at night and on Sundays and Holidays. Deck parking is typically free for the first hour and $8 for 24 hours.

Taxis, Ubers, Lyft all service this area quickly.

A block away from River cruises, Horse-drawn carriage rides, or enjoy the beautiful walk along the Cape Fear River with views of the famous USS North Carolina Battleship.

The place was great. It was in a perfect spot and we especially loved the elevator. So convenient! The beds were comfortable, plenty of towels, great supplies in the kitchen etc. The place is well thought out and the host was really responsive. We plan to stay here again when we come back in the spring.

We had a great time watching the streets at night! The noise was what is to be expected downtown but with the rooms being at the back of the loft, we slept so well! Probably the best I’ve ever slept away from home. Aaron was great with any questions that I had and very quick to respond. We’re already planning to return again. Also, the parking pass for the garage was a lifesaver! We ate at 3 separate places located in the same building…Dixie Grill for breakfast, Fork N’ Cork for dinner, and Crispy Cones for dessert…each delicious!

This is our second family vacation and our second time staying at this property! Everything about this place is magical! The location is incredible! Right in the heart of town! You don’t need to drive anywhere if you want good nightlife, restaurants or any other entertainment! Also the host Aaron is absolutely amazing! He is so accommodating and friendly! He helped us out so much on this trip! I can’t recommend this place enough! We will continue to book again and again!

Very convenient walkable location, clean, and comfortable bed. Weather was warm so it felt so nice to walk into a cool apartment with the A/c blasting! Check in instructions were thorough and easy to understand, parking was very close by and quick to access. Although there was some street noise, our infant slept through the night in the back bedroom no problem. Would recommend bringing a sound machine if you can’t tolerate some city noise but we didn’t mind. Overall great experience and would definitely recommend if you’re wanting something close to shopping, touristy stuff and restaurants! Would stay here again.

We had a great time the property is located in a perfect location. However the b Air mattress did not stay inflated and although the listing indicated their were sheets available for the air mattress there wasn't. We purchased sheets only to find out the bed was not useable.

Amazing beach town condo

The location is perfect, the condo is clean and beautifully maintained. Will stay here again.Kitchen is perfect with everything provided and check in was simple.

In the hear of it all!

Nice historical condo with all with nice touches. Our family family enjoyed our stay in Wilmington. The convenience to the downtown river walk was great with everything within walking distance. Our host Aaron was fantastic. Great communication with check-in and instructions. Things could not have gone any smoother. Highly recommended!

Great location and Super Adorable Loft

We absolutely loved the aesthetics of this loft. The location cannot be better right on the main strip of downtown Wilmington. The beds were comfortable. Our only complaint is the couch is very low to ground so if you have bad knees avoid sitting there. We loved the swinging chair, but would have felt better if we knew the weight limits of it.

Girls weekend

Great stay. Very easy and convenient. We parked when we arrived and never moved the car until we left. Able to walk to all the fun bars and shopping. Would highly recommend this stay!!!!
