Once you enter your code within the electronic door lock on the door from the garage into the house, you will enter the home's first floor, which features the kitchen, dining room, living room, den, primary suite, king bedroom, laundry room and queen & bunk room. Walk up a flight of stairs to find the king suite.
NO SMOKING. Tenant must be 25 years old. Reservations made for younger individuals will not be honored without any accompanying adult staying in the home at ALL times. NO PARTIES, EVENTS, PERFORMING ARTISTS OR BANDS ALLOWED AT ANY TIME. You may not exceed the maximum occupancy at any time — day or night. These are causes for eviction with no refund, and may damage our ability to offer the home for future guests exposing you to liability. Please be respectful of our neighbors.
Pool is serviced weekly by a pool service company. It is not serviced on every arrival day. Storms and prior guests may mean it is not in pristine condition.

Motorcyles, motorhomes, recreational vehicles, trailers and golf carts are not permitted in Sea Pines. Any nonconforming vehicle will be turned away by Sea Pines security. No weddings or events can be held on rental property premises. Due to limited parking availability at the Sea Pines Beach Club, the complimentary Sea Pines Trolley is available to take rental guests between designated stops and the Sea Pines Beach Club continuously during the hours of 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Please keep A/C temperature above 70F for optimal comfort. It is recommended to set it at 72F. Remember to keep doors and windows closed to maintain a cool home and keep bugs out. Fridges may take 24 hrs to cool when loaded after cleaning.
