We had a wonderful family vacation at this house. Was furnished nicely.... pool (& area) was great! Had an issue with plumbing and was taken care of right away. Nice short walk to beach! Great location....very close to Coligny Plaza.

This property is ideal for families travelling with little ones. There were many features such as crib and highchair that made it easier for us. There were also sand toys and inflatables that could be used at the beach or in the pool. The pool area is great for lounging and staying out of the direct sun if that is what you wanted to do. There are many umbrellas and various seating options. Although it was in the 90's and we did not go to the beach that much, the beach access is a short 10 minute walk and it is well worth the walk. The host was fantastic.

This VRBO had met all our expectations for the trip and had everything we needed. Great location close to Coligny Plaza and a very short walk from the beach.

The Mallard property was perfect for our group of 4, needing 3 separate bdrms. The kitchen is well stocked and the large patio has ample seating to enjoy the pool, hot tub or a beverage. New washer/dryer was appreciated and it’s a short, easy 1.5-ish block walk to the beach. The house is well cared for and well loved due to its age and the salty, humid environment but just adds to the HH charm.

Great place to stay for our family of 6 adults and 1 toddler. Plenty of room for everyone, well stocked kitchen, backyard was an oasis of its own and the beach was a short walk away. Our host was always just a text away. We did get notice that the hot tub heater was on order, however the water was very warm anyway so we were able to use it, no problem. The home was very clean and comfortable. The backyard chairs just needed a quick brushing which is understandable considering the beautiful canopy of trees. Highly recommend.

Great location, very functional home!

We loved our stay at the Mallard house! Was only a 5 min walk to the beach, 10 min walk to shopping and restaurants with lots of great bike paths. The pool was clean and well maintained and got plenty of sun. Would definitely stay again or recommend to others!

Relaxing Vacation!

The home was such a relaxing atmosphere! Beautiful backyard and the pool was great! Grandchildren loved all the floats provided! 5 minute walk to beach! Our family enjoyed our stay !

Beautiful backyard with a short easy walk to the beach. Hot tub was lovely during November and pool heated such that the kids swam. Well stocked kitchen and I really liked that there was an extra fridge in the side room with washer/dryer. One thing to note is the chairs for the beach are what we consider "bag chairs" not true beach chairs. We had a wonderful time and absolutely would stay again!

Everything was as described. We had a great time hanging out by the pool and hot tub. Fenced in area was great for dogs. The house was clean and comfy beds. Location was close to the beach and bike trail. We didn’t need but noticed they had a small crib and lots of baby things.

Great location in a quiet neighborhood

Everything was as described! Location was about a five minute walk to the beach and mostly shaded! The pool and hot tub were extra nice after a long day at the beach. Plenty of amenities including cooking items. Would stay again for sure!

Great Beach Vacay

The property is in a quiet neighborhood, easy walk to the beach, fully stocked with beach and pool supplies, kitchen and grilling needs and great accommodations for our family of 9…from ages 87-2! Laura is fantastic to work with and communicated well to made sure all of our needs were met. Highly recommend this property!

We are "nomads" who have lived all over the country.....before having 2 kids and afterwards; able to travel all summer now and come "home" to Hilton Head Island. Met the best and neatest folks we've ever had a chance to meet here on Hilton Head so we feel very blessed. Although we live here "part-time" we consider this our home and glad the folks we have rented to over the years have taken such good care of it during their visits.

Only 2 blocks from ocean, but in a laid-back, friendly neighborhood; large backyard. We started with a "lovely" swamp of a backyard, but quickly got to work to create a true oasis for us and guests! with good sized pool (can be heated); standalone 37-jet hot tub; and lots of different sitting/dining/tanning areas for all guests along with grill.
