The only complaint I have if you can even call it that was the door code was not included in the check in email or the text they gave me. We had some confusion when calling but they took care of it. We were celebrating my son's 16th birthday and they left him a card with some goodies and a cake in the fridge and I thought that was super thoughtful of them! Definitely would stay again! It was very clean!

Thank you so much for the wonderful review! We’re so glad you enjoyed the clean condo and that we could help make your son’s 16th birthday a little extra special. We’re thrilled you enjoyed the card, goodies, and cake! We also appreciate you letting us know about the door code not being included in the check-in information. We apologize for the confusion and will make sure we look into that. Thank you again for staying with us, and we’d love to welcome you back for your next visit!

The balcony setup was not as it appeared in the listing photos. We had two adirondak chairs that were low, so our view was obstructed the entire time by the bars around the balcony. We were supposed to have a high top table and chairs. My husband has a bad back, so the lower chairs hurt his back and they were hard to get out of for people our age. We never saw anyone cleaning the pool or hot tub the entire week we were there and it was dirty.
