This cozy corner-unit, two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo is nestled in a quiet
neighborhood but is central to the heart of town where you can walk to shops,
dining options, shuttle routes and more. It features a private deck, offering
beautiful views from every angle and is an end unit townhouse style with no
one above or below. The rustic interior showcases vaulted ceilings, an open
floor plan, and a pellet stove for added mountain charm. The living room
includes a 65” streaming-only TV (no cable), and the unit is equipped with
free Wi-Fi and a stacked washer and dryer for convenience. The full kitchen is
fully equipped with everything you need for meal preparation, and dining area
with seating for 4. Both bedrooms are located downstairs: one offers a
comfortable Queen bed, while the second features a King bed with a smart TV. A
shared hall bathroom is located downstairs with tiled walk-in shower, with an
additional full bathroom upstairs with tub shower combo. The upstairs living
area includes a sofa sleeper to accommodate extra guests. The condo
comfortably sleeps up to six guests, has two interior levels, no pets or
smoking allowed, and there are approximately 6 steps to enter the front door.
At the Timberline community you can enjoy a seasonal public BBQ grill,
seasonal outdoor pool, year-round spa and sauna. All guests receive
