気になった点 : 清潔度、コミュニケーション、掲載情報の正確さ
This was the property I rented but not the property I was given. It was a horrible experience. Days prior to arriving, I began receiving text for a different property. The host insisted that this was the property. Only after I sent him a picture of my VRBO confirmation did he acknowledge that I had been moved. I was not happy because I was not consulted or given the opportunity to cancel my reservation or choose another property. I had to ask for a link to the new property because they had not even done that. I remember looking at that property and because of the reviews not choosing it. Monday morning I immediately informed the host that the washer did not spin and multiple bathroom outlets did not work - that is besides it being dirty and one of the beds being unfit to sleep on. From that moment on we got no resolve. Only one of the 4 bathrooms had working outlets. We were given a thin bath towel for each guest, not enough hand towels or bath mats and some very used wash cloths. The welcome packet was pathetic and not what we are used to receiving. The pool patio was filthy, screens pushed out, screen door to sliders destroyed, Alarm to pull was disassembled and the tile floor throughout the house was disgusting forcing us to keep our socks or shoes on. We pad for heat Tuesday morning thru Saturday morning and we never had it working. I have not been reimbursed for that expense yet. It was an extra charge. We were finally told - out of room to finish......
