Check in was smooth, exactly as described and in the pictures. Was enough space for a family of 5. Very handy having publix next door. We did have an issue with the washing machine for most of our stay but had access to another condo but wasn't ideal. Overall would stay again as great location to universal and could watch the epic Universe fireworks every night at 9pm

Thank you for your thoughtful review! We’re glad you enjoyed the smooth check-in, spacious accommodations, convenient location near Publix and Universal, and the nightly Epic Universe fireworks. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience with the washing machine and understand that having access to another condo was not an ideal solution. We truly appreciate your patience and are happy to hear you would stay with us again. As a small family business, your support means a great deal to us, and we look forward to welcoming you back!

Great location to universal, epic, and Disney. Got Ubers quickly. Fit group of 7 with three teens nicely. Walking distance to grocery store (Publix). Enjoyed the fire pit at the reserve pool area on a chilly evening. Felt safe in a nice area but know that they give the same gate code to all Ubers. No code to get into the building. We didn’t like stains on living room chair, crack on a glass, dusty base boards, low quality starter kit, no hand soap, too squishy mattresses, flat throw pillows, dirty comforter & pillowcase, numerous unnecessary fake flowers, and multiple messages (text, email, in app) to try to get money through different options. Felt like we got what we paid for.

Thank you for sharing your detailed feedback. We’re glad the location, spacious layout, and pool amenities worked well for your group. However, we sincerely apologize for the cleanliness concerns, worn items, and other aspects that fell short of expectations. This is not the experience we strive to provide our guests. We also appreciate your feedback on security and payment communication, and we’ll share these concerns with our team for review. As a small family-owned business and Superhost, we take guest feedback seriously and appreciate the opportunity to improve.

Property had all the basics and Publix is an easy walk for anything you may want to pick up. Place was clean and the kids especially loved the big balcony.
