This quiet 25-square-meter studio is waiting for you to enjoy the island of Noirmoutier. It’s located 500 meters from Les Sableaux Beach, 2 km from the Bois de la Chaise, 2 km from downtown Noirmoutier, and 1 km from Lidl.Everything is within walking or biking distance, and a free shuttle runs from July through the end of August.This brand-new studio is equipped with a washing machine, TV, fully equipped kitchen, fridge-freezer, microwave, mini-oven, coffee maker, electric kettle, and radio alarm clock. It also features a private parking space with an enclosed courtyard equipped with a barbecue, bike rack, patio furniture, and a lounge chair.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Nadia nous a reçus avec beaucoup de gentillesse et d’attention. Le studio est très propre, très bien équipé, la literie est de bonne qualité, le jardin agréable. Il ne manque rien en termes d’équipement, tout est bien pense et la localisation est idéale.
