Now with private Wifi. This One Bedroom, One Bath condo is just steps to the white, powdered-sugar sand of Siesta Key. Here at La Siesta Condominiums you also have easy access to Siesta Village and it's numerous restaurants, specialty shops, night life and other attractions.
Unit 217 is decorated in a modern tropical theme and overlooks our pool. With a king bed in the master bedroom and sofa-bed in the living room this unit sleeps up to four people. The screened in lanai is wonderful for enjoying your breakfast outside or taking in the cool night time ocean breeze. Perfect location and lovely condo!

This was my first visit to Siesta Key and I booked this place based on the description and reviews on VRBO. I was really pleased with the cleanliness and comfort of the condo. It was decorated beautifully and the furnishings were very comfortable. We had everything we needed from a cooking perspective. The bed was very comfortable. Walking to the beach daily was not a problem at all….just a quick walk across the street. We rented bikes and went to Turtle beach as well. The pool was lovely although we didn’t take advantage of it….spent time mostly at the beach. A quick ride on the shuttle, frog hop or other shuttles available was super easy. Would definitely stay here again. My only 4star rating was on communication but that was not the owners fault. The messaging on VRBO wasn’t working so they ended up giving me the direct number to the owner and that situation was solved. Check in and check out was very smooth. Truly a great experience!

Clean and close to the beach!

This property was clean. The only complaint would be the bathroom. It's very dated and no counter space. Also the door floor board is uneven and painful when stepping on it in bare feet. We were also disappointed that the living room TV wasn't fixed before we arrived. I realize they were at the mercy of the cable repair person. But it would have been nice to know since the two TV's was why i chose that unit. We didn't get the repair until 2 days before we left. The owner and the office staff were extremely polite and quick to reply to any questions. There are no stores or restaurants in walking distance, but a short drive away. Yet, the unit is close to the main public beach area with a concession stand with food and drink until 4 or 5pm. We enjoyed the beach. LOVED the sand!

Location!

The location of this rental was perfect! Literally steps to Siesta Key beach across the street! Siesta key village is one mile away. Nice restaurants and shops. When we arrived we found that the pool was out of service for the first four days of our stay. I emailed the owner because I probably wouldn’t have rented this condo since we had so many more to choose from. He responded quickly and mentioned giving us a two night refund which is what the office had mentioned owners were giving. As of yet we have not received a refund. It wasn’t ungodly hot and the beach was so pleasant that it worked out but we do enjoy cooling off in the pool and swimming. There was a cleanliness issue but that was resolved. The TV in the living room had no signal and we could not figure it out. The maintenance man could not resolve it so the office manager was to reach out to the cable provider but we never heard another word from them. It wasn’t a major issue but I believe everything should be working properly for paying guests. I sympathize with the owner because I know he was dealing with his own issues due to the hurricane. All in all the weather was perfect and the location was great!

Beach Retreat

Perfect location for days at the beach. Condo has new carpeting and new living room furniture which was nice. Complex was well maintained with new roofs being done along with pool tiles and lights being replaced during our stay. Really enjoyed that beach. Thanks for sharing your condo. Would definitely consider staying there again

The building and property were great. Our condo is on the market and needs some attention. One of the vents was loose so found a screwdriver to fix that. Some of the panels on the blinds are being held on by tape so had to be careful opening them. Our mattress was old and lumpy . The unit itself was clean and well decorated. Just needs someone to tend to minor issues.

Amazing beach location

Great location for beach people like us! Right across from public beach. Unit location was great as well. Overlooked pool not main road. Unit was very good. Bathroom could be updated but everything was very clean and comfortable. Enjoyed the beach chairs etc available as well. We will definitely rent this unit again.

Perfect vacation getaway

This unit was perfect for our vacation. The unit is the perfect size and provides everything you need. The location can’t be beat. Walking distance to the beach or the village. If you choose not to walk to the village there is always a trolley, shuttle, or golf cart close by. The condo staff is also wonderful. Thanks for a great vacation!

Great Condo! Great Location!

The condo was clean and close to the pool. Just across the street is a beach park with access to the beach, which is very convenient. Walking distance to restaurants, bars and shopping. We enjoyed our stay!

Great visit!

Condo was neat and clean, great location just across the street from the Public Beach and a trolley stop out front. We enjoyed every minute on the screened in porch overlooking the pool. Even though the weather was exceptionally cool, we were comfy and enjoyed the sunshine!

Great stay

We really enjoyed staying in this condo. It was very clean and comfortable. The owner was great to deal with and very responsive when we contacted him. The location is perfect. This is a place we want to stay again.

Great Stay

This was a beautiful property tastefully decorated and comfortable. Nice pool, across the street from the beach, close to Siesta Village and many other places. Nice BBQ area as well.

Vacation from 2020

Great location... right across the street from the beach also overlooking the pool. Only thing I could ask for is that there be extra garbage bags, dish soap and soap for dishwasher. We had to buy all of that along with toilet paper and paper towel. All those things have always been provided at other places we have stayed at. We left all of it for the next people staying.

Relaxing vacation

This is a nice 1 bedroom 1 bath condo. It faces the pool which I really enjoyed. It had just about anything you would need in the kitchen for cooking meals. I do think it could use new flooring and paint, just a good freshening up. Carpeting in a rental is not my favorite as it can't be cleaned often enough. LaSiesta is the only condos we like to stay in. Perfect location to the beach just across the street and Siesta Village is just a trolly ride away. The trolly stops in front of the complex which is spotlessly maintained. The pool was pleasantly warm and crystal clear. Great vacation.

Super great gataway!

What a cute condo my daughter and I got to stay at before the school year was finally back in session. All the amenities were right at our fingertips. The pool was seconds away, the ocean was steps away and the Village was minutes away. The condo was very clean and comfy. We didn't need anything expect our luggage and a few groceries becuase we wanted to grill out a couple of times during our stay. Owners were great to work with, the place was so nice to stay at and the property was very well maintained for sure!
