Guest should have asked for extra items. Due to these items frequently being stolen by guests, they are kept elsewhere unless requested.

I’ll start with the positives, the location was great, next to a beautiful beach with amazing white sand. The shower had hot water immediately and the sheets were cotton which I always appreciate and the host was quick to respond when there was an issue with the key getting stuck in the lock and us having to find another way to get into the unit. Now the negatives, as a previous guest mentioned back in March you can see directly into the unit from outside, so there is no privacy, the sheets had no elasticity so all night you had to pull them down so you weren’t lying directly on the mattress, same with the spare sheets. So overall not the greatest stay, with a few tweaks it could be better.

Thank you for the review. Since your stay we have addressed the mini blinds be changed from the bamboo style to vinyl so there isnt a view into the unit. Also we have replaced sheets,towels and blankets,but are not able to buy new sheets Everytime a new guest stays. These small issues are why this unit is priced well below market rate. It is great location, quite, clean, and on-site manager. Some guests bring their own sheets, so these are small issues to face for such a great value, at such a great location.

0/10 recommend if i could give 0 stars i would!! first off there’s a window that has no blinds so anyone can come up and see straight through the room and see everything inside this place is not worth the money at all i got there i pulled back the covers and there was all kinds of dog hair and whatever else on the sheets there was staines on the comforter where it hadn’t been washed hair on the bathroom sink the floors hadn’t been swept there was dirt all on the floor and there was gunk on the sink host says its bc its old and its not dirty which it was dirty bc when i went to wiped it it came off was provided with only 2 towels no table to eat on no couch when i went to check in host said it was perfect timing bc they had just got done cleaning but when i got there it was SO DIRTY AND GROSS i confronted them and they said the maintenance man had a emergency which didnt make any sense bc they told me they cleaned they gave me a 20 refund which isn’t much considering the filth if i could provide pictures of the nastiness i would! i’m not the one to come on here and judge but considering the state this room is in i feel like i need to share and save someone else from staying here!

Guest arrived early to where cleaning was not finished. Once concerns were made regarding some dirt on the floor and a minuscule stain on a sheet. Despite the guest showing up about 2 hours early, the guest was promptly informed that new sheets and a cleaner for the floor will be brought to which the guest responded that it was “ok” and not necessary. A $20 credit was given in response and guest was pleased- no other concerns given. Review will be flagged and deleted due to its incorrect and facetious nature.

The property was close to the beach and very clean. The host was super nice and responded quickly whenever I had questions. I highly recommend!
