Rates are dynamic and fluctuate based on demand and availability; pricing is confirmed at the time of booking set once the reservation is booked and confirmed.

Minimum age requirement: 25 years (lead booker)

for stays of 7+ night a mid-stay clean and linen refresh can be arranged for an additional fee 48 hours notice required.

The guest does not have to supply this information, but if the guest does not, then Goodstays is unable to rent the property out. The guest acknowledges that Goodstays will collect, hold and use the guest’s personal information for purposes related to the renting of the property and the provision of related customer services, including direct marketing and assessing customer satisfaction with products and services provided by Goodstays. The guest further acknowledges that such personal information may be disclosed to debt collection agencies, insurance companies and/or law enforcement agencies in the possible event of non-payment, damage or theft to the property; and the guest hereby authorises the disclosure of their personal information for such purposes.

Getting Around:

Parking is limited at the property. Each apartment includes one allocated parking space for guest use.

For additional vehicles, a paid council carpark is located directly across the road, providing convenient overflow parking close to the apartments.

Queenstown is very walkable, and you’ll also find taxis, and local bus services readily available. Most tour and activity pick-up points are within easy walking distance from the property.
