【Important Notes】
・Failure to comply with the following rules and receiving complaints from neighbors will result in a flat fee of ¥50,000. We may also report the incident to the police.
　★This inn is located in a quiet residential area. To avoid disturbing neighbors, please keep noise levels low outdoors, including on the front road and balconies. Especially between 9 PM and 8 AM, please move indoors and keep doors and windows closed at all times (please be mindful of noise even indoors).
　★ Do not drink alcohol and cause disturbances inside the accommodation, on the balcony, or on the road in front. Parties are strictly prohibited at this property.

・Smoking and open flames are strictly prohibited in all areas of the property, including the entrance area.
　★ If smoking is discovered (e.g., reported by neighbors/smoke odor detected in the room), a flat fee of ¥50,000 will be charged as a nuisance and cleaning fee.

・If any furniture, appliances, or amenities are lost or damaged, you will be charged the full cost of replacement or repair. Please use the property carefully to prevent such incidents.

・In accordance with Japanese law, all international guests must provide a copy of their passport.

・The property does not have underfloor heating. Please use the air conditioner's heating function during winter.

・Please sort and dispose of trash according to the rules provided after your reservation is confirmed.
