Cozy 3 Bedrooms located at the center of Shinjuku.
One room includes 2 double beds, 40+ in TV; the second room includes 1 double beds, 40+ in TV and the 3rd room includes one single bed and one double bed.
Kitchen, washing machine are included.
There are 3 subway train stations that you can choose(all of them are only 6 minutes walk) which is JR Yamamoto Line Shin-Okubo Station, Tokyo Metro Fukutoshin Line Higashi-Shinjuku Stationer and Toei Oedo Line Higashi-Shinjuku Stationer.
The biggest supermarket Donkihote is very close to our apartment.

Our stay in this property was wonderful. The unit was roomy, very clean, and had a well-stocked kitchen. The air conditioning worked great and the location was perfect to be near Shibuya and the metro without being right in the chaos. The neighborhood had many great restaurants and Don Quixote was very close, as well as Family Mart. Having a balcony was also nice for morning coffee. The check-in process was easy and the host communicated throughout the booking, check-in, and check-out process.

This was a great location close to so many great locations in shinjuku and the bedding and comfort of the location was awesome. Very safe and quiet neighborhood but a great coffee shop downstairs.

Wonderful stay and great location

Property communication was good and the place was very clean. Amazing location and about 8min walk to closest station. Only note for improvement would be only one towel was provided per guest and we could have used extra.

Excellent apartment in a fantastic location with everything you need. Easy walk to train stations, tourist spots and tons of shopping and restaurants but the apartment is on a less busy side street so it has very little street noise. The two decks are wonderful places to relax and perfect for hanging laundry on a nice day. Very little soundproofing with the outdoors but it’s in a quieter neighborhood so it was not a problem for us. The heaters in the bedrooms worked great. We would gladly stay again in this wonderful home in Tokyo.

Accommodated 5 adults without a problem. It had a good sized fridge and ample dishes for light snacks and coffee. Well located within the Shinjuku area. Close to restaurants and several train stations. Clean and quiet.

Great apartment for visiting Tokyo

The apartment was a good size for two families (4 adults, 3 children). The location was central to Shinjuku - an area with vibrant nightlife - and within an easy walk of two subway stations. The host was a great communicator. Everything was as described and the apartment was clean and comfortable.

We never got the code to enter the property 24 hours prior as stated. We got a response 4 hours after check in time for the code. Location is fantastic. And the area was clean.

Everything you need!

Perfect base for our stay in Shinjuku. Lots of room to spread out, and easy walk to multiple train stations. The godzilla head is only 850m walk away! There is a washer in the room and a place with a dryer 1 minute walk away. Loads of places to eat and numerous convenience stores within a stones throw. Alex was great to communicate with and when we had a minor issue with the shower had it attended to promptly. Would definitely stay again.

Great place for family!

We stayed here as a family of 6 (one baby) and we really loved it here. It’s convenient located to Donki, family mart and we were able to get to the train station easily. Lots of good food in the area and a cafe right across from us. Home was spacious considering it’s Japan. Although there is only 1 bathroom we were able to make it work. Place was nice and clean. Only thing is our place was on the third floor and there is no elevator so something to consider when you have to lug luggage and a stroller. But overall great experience and would stay here again!
