The host, Jeeves Management is a poor excuse for a host and I would never rent any property from them again. They have very poor customer service and do not care at all about your guest experience. We had concerns starting the first hour we checked in regarding basic services. There was sandblasting and then sanding on outside hallways in front of each unit going on at 7:45 am that sounded like jack hammers, which wasn’t disclosed before or in the rental agreement! We were the only ones renting in that building as the resort did not put renters in there due to the construction. We were told prior to arrival that we had access to the resort amenities such as the pool and that a card key to get into the pool area would be provided. It was not and we had to purchase key cards for the week. That should have been included in our rental fee. The TV does not provide basic cable stations so you must stream anything you want to watch, but on your own internet access. There is no internet in the unit and the resort internet does not connect. Washcloths are not provided with basic linens as we were told those are considered personal items. had to buy those as well. Communication can only be made through the VRBO app. They dragged me along for a week acting like they would provide compensation of some kind but after checking out they informed me that they would not comply. Non-disclosure of the construction alone should have been reason for compensation. DO NOT RENT THIS UNIT!
