Nice, clean and quiet place! Convenient for what we were there for. Publix grocery store within walking distance. Only thing that could be improved is the pillows which are in need of replacement as they are getting quite flat. Other than that we were very pleased with our stay!

From start to finish everything was seamless all communications were excellent the speed of response was so fast it was very impressive the condo was spotless the bedding clean kitchen well stocked the complex was spotless and well maintained the location was unbelievable so close to major roads and attractions and shops (especially when you first arrive Publixs is just in front of the complex so convenient) we absolutely enjoyed our stay and would most definitely book again.

MUCH BETTER THAN A HOTEL!

We were in town for a National Swim meet and this was perfect for us! 5 minutes to the event location, quiet, clean, comfortable - couldn’t have asked for more. We will absolutely be staying here again.

Great space, great resort area, great location

Very well decorated and relaxing, this tucked away location provides access to all things Orlando with ease. The space is large enough to have personal space and a relaxing nights sleep away from quests with each room being a hallway walk away from one another. Kitchen space was large enough to host some guests who are also visiting and the dining, living room area was quite comfortable. Would absolutely stay again.

Cheer competition

Location was everything! Condo was amazing! Information was perfect for check in and out. Would definitely stay again. My only suggestion is that i would have liked to have spoken to and have been welcomed by the owner directly on the day of check in ( just because I’m personable 😊) but other than that - amazing!

Volleyball Tournament at Convention Center

Absolutely wonderful property and host. Communication and instructions were timely and thorough. Condo was immaculate and very well equipped. We loved sitting on the balcony overlooking the lake morning and evening. Beds were very comfortable. Would book again for sure.

Wonderful accommodations!

Was in town for an annual cheer comp! Condo was beautiful! Very well kept and very clean! Had everything that we needed! Good communication with the host as they always answered right away. Getting into the condo was very easy and had no issues at all! Great location to shopping/groceries and food (Beth's Burgers was great to order while poolside and just a 1 minute (if even) walk away! Pool was wonderful/ bar staff was great, and food was good at the pool! Hope to stay there again next year!

Great location, Huge apartment

Really enjoyed staying here... the place was very spacious and comfortable. Only downside is the wall are super thin. We could hear the neighbors above running around all night and could even hear them using the bathroom in the morning. Other than that, would probably stay here again.

Quick Sunshine Getaway

This property was exactly as pictured and very clean. The beds were comfortable as was the rest of the furniture. The balcony was perfect for the two of us but it would be small if your party was larger. The amenities are great and the grounds were very well kept. There is a two mile loop for walking which we used every day. The Publix grocery store is right beside the resort so you can walk. The property manager was pleasant and professional. We would stay here again for sure! We really enjoyed our vacation.

Great location

Away from all the traffic. Can easily jump on several major routes depending on where you are headed. If traffic is bad one way, you can choose other routes to get you where you need to on time. Great parking - easy in and out. Can walk to grocery store or drive....Also eating places within walking distance. I was there on business so I didn't explore the amenities offered at the property.

Wonderful condo, Amazing location!

Booked for sports event at convention center which was so close you can walk to it - so convenient! Amazing value - would have had to book at least 2 hotels rooms to accommodate same number of people. Got right in the condo when we arrived - even let us in a little early! Beautiful inside and so well furnished and clean! Beds were comfortable (it was previously mentioned that king bed is very firm which is still the case). Great facilities which we took full advantage of - two pools one is only a couple of minutes walk, a workout room and a pool bar. Such an absolutely wonderful stay - didn't want to leave.

Great location

The reservation and check in process was super easy. Property reps were quick to respond about location and pool access questions. Condo interior was very clean. We had one issue of a washcloth that had a red stain on it. Location is amazing. Walking distance to the shopping center just outside the property with a small restaurant, grocery store and Dunkin Donuts. I do feel that for the cost, owners could provide a little more…the provided toiletries(tiny hand soap and shampoo) are smaller than in a hotel. Perhaps offer actual hand soap in the bathrooms, water bottles in the frig and some basic spices for cooking. All in all a great stay and would recommend to anyone.

Okay stay

The property was as expected from VRBO listing. It was clean and a good location away from the hustle and bustle of Orlando. Everyone slept comfortable except for me in the master bedroom. The bed was very hard and very uncomfortable. It made my back hurt for weeks after. I woke up sore every morning. I had to sleep on pillows on top of the mattress but didn’t help much. The mattress was terrible. Other than the one hard mattress they stay was good.
