We are happy to welcome you to our home and to share that we are not only following the recommended guidelines but we hired the services of the Healthy Building Certificate (HBC) to train our cleaning staff, implement all recommended safety procedures and certify that all sanitation requirements are correctly executed. Our goal is to guarantee a safe stay for you, your family and friends by doing what we really like: making our guests feel at home! Please note. Some of our homes may be pictured with a gas bbq grill or outdoor built in grill. If guests wish to use the grills it is the guest responsibility to clean the grill and replenish the propane tank if needed. A $50 charge will be applied if grills are left uncleaned. Exchange refill propane tanks can be purchased at numerous local locations.If the grill is locked up then it is not to be used by guests as it is the home owners personal grill.
If you would like to have a grill for your vacation we can arrange a rental grill for your stay.

Family trip

Stay was great convenient to a lot of things (shopping, attractions, and parks are all within 30 minutes even in heavy traffic. We will rent again as the house is very spacious there were 30 of us in total and we never felt cramped at all we had to do a bit of car Tetris but we were able to fit 7 cars in the driveway.

Lots of space, needs maintenance

The property is very spacious. All of the rooms are a good size. My family of 30 fit comfortably. The dining table is huge. The community pool is very nice. There are some areas of the house that need maintenance. Several doorknobs were faulty and came off in our hands. There were multiple holes indicating the attempt to fix it previously. One of the outlet covers was held up by tape. One of the couches was missing a leg. Overall the property was nice. It smelled like the house hadn't been used in a while. It was a little stale. I think our neighbor took our trash bench so we didnt have anywhere to store our trash outside. It is in a central location for all of the parks and close to target and fast food restaurants.

Family Vacation

The house was very nice and clean in a good neighborhood. My family and I enjoyed our stay, but we had to furnish all the amenities. When visiting, you need to take your own pillow cases because the pillows were covered with pillow shams and did not have pillow cases. There are no extra trash bags, and there was no dish detergent and dishwasher detergent. Also, there was no extra towels in the house or to use at the pool.

DONT BOOK. THEY HAVE AN ANT ISSUE

Let me start off my saying, the Is house needs works, don’t let the pictures fool you. We arrived and had Ants in the kitchen. During the entire stay we had this ant issue. The speakers don’t work in the house . The beds are so low and not comfortable at all and have a thin comforter on the bed. We paid for heated pool but the pool wasn’t heated at all. Only during the day not in the evening at all. The internet was horrible. Very slow and the last 2 days just didn’t work. The downstairs dryers don’t work. You have to dry a load of clothes 3x before it’s dried. For a house that holds 30 people they barely had pots to cook in for that amount of people. I had to go to Walmart and buy pots to cook in. No baking dishes at all. Had to buy that also. We vacation every year in Orlando for spring break this house was the WORST, i see this house is booked until next year. If you can get your money back. I promise you. You will be disappointed. Lastly working with the property managers before arrival communication was on point of course when we arrived and issued were reported there was a lag in communication especially after my stay when I requested a refund for the pool not being heated. I’m still waiting to see how that will be resolved. Long story short. DONT BOOK THIS HOUSE.

Lovely large home

This home is well laid out for a large adult family gathering. We used Uber/Lyft to get to our Disney/Epcot locations which worked very well. Unfortunately if you decide to go with a large group, there is only smaller pots and pans to cook with, no kitchen towels provided, no toaster, the outside kitchen must be at the community pool area. We were not informed that the fitness center was not available due to Covid. The house was not totally clean when we arrived. The patio was left untouched from the previous renters which included towels, beer bottles, food stuff. Maintenance did come and cleaned and sprayed everything down but then we were not able to use cushions for 2 days while they dried as it was not sunny. The tile floors appeared not to have been mopped prior to our arrival. I have more concerns regarding this home and it's safety. I would like to have a conversation with the rental agency.
