Each bedroom has fresh linens, an ensuite bathroom, and a smart TV with high speed WiFi connection. The kids theme bedrooms are decorated with cool mood lighting, awesome murals and other fun details! The Frozen themed room even has a slide to get from the top bunk to the bottom. There are 5 King sized bedrooms on the ground level of the home, and the upstairs has 5 more King sized bedrooms; two bedrooms with one bunkbed each; two bedrooms with two bunkbeds each; and a room with 2 full sized beds.

Parking:
• Up to 5 vehicles can park in the driveway. If required, there is also an additional parking at the clubhouse. Clubhouse overnight parking is not allowed.

Guests will enter the community through the security gate where they will be greeted by a guard. You will also have full access to Sonoma Resort amenities.

The Neighborhood:
The property is minutes away from Disney World's Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Hollywood Studios, Animal Kingdom, SeaWorld, and Universal Studios.

Guests have access to the Sonoma Resort, which features a luxury clubhouse with a lounge, a large resort style swimming pool, hot tub and fitness facility.

Getting Around:
Please feel free to park in the driveway. It’s important to keep the parked cars out of the streets or the grass. There is overflow parking available at the clubhouse.

• Please note that this is a family-friendly home and neighborhood. We kindly ask you to respect the quiet hours and avoid disturbing the neighbors during your visit.

Pet Friendly:
• Pets less than 70lbs. are very welcome at our home (maximum of 2 pets).
• A pet fee of $129 will be added at the time of booking if the pet is added to the reservation. If no pet is declared during booking, we will collect the fee separately.
• If you have more than one pet, please note that an extra fee of $129 per pet will also be collected after booking confirmation.


Additional Services:
• Pool and hot tub heating is an additional service that is not included in your booking price. It's an additional fee of $35/night per service and $60/night for both, which we provide upon request. Please note that heating service is available with a minimum stay of 2 nights. Feel free to reach out for more details.
